Cost and algorithms for participation in educational programs (eng) / Стоимость и алгоритмы участия в образовательных программах (rus)
ATTENTION!!!
- This section of
the platform contains special, currently valid (relevant) rules on the content
and cost of IASHE scientific and educational programs for the experimental
period.* These rules may differ from the norms of
the Regulations of the Academy and have priority over them for a specified
period.
* - The experimental format of the PlatoNicK
project assumes special conditions for its functioning in the period after the
reformatting of the GISAP project and up to the approval of the final version
of the scientific and analytical programs of the Academy with the participation
of attracted strategic partners (investors).
- IASHE managers
will explain in detail to interested persons the rules for the implementation
of educational and scientific programs of the Academy, make up an individual
step-by-step algorithm of applicants' actions and will advise and guide them in
the process of participating in the programs.

1. Attestation – the program "International legalization of qualifications"
Regulation Norm - clause 14. (subject to changes and additions that are set out in this section of the platform)
Algorithm:
1) The general algorithm of the program is set out in the corresponding section of the Academy website;
2) In case of insufficient points, the
applicant has the right to submit within the framework of the project such a
number of author's articles, which will ultimately provide him with the necessary
level of expert assessment;
3) In the case of passing attestation at the
level of the average rating of expert assessment from 6.0 to 7.5 points, the
applicant receives the "Certificate of the International Education Quality
Standard";
4) In the case of passing attestation at the
level of the average rating of expert assessment over 7.5 points, the applicant
receives the "Diploma of the International Education Quality
Standard";
5) A person who has successfully passed the attestation
is issued: a) the Certificate or Diploma; b) the "Europass Diploma Supplement" for a basic educational diploma and additional educational qualifications,
which were obtained within the program; c) the "Europass Mobility" for
additional educational qualifications obtained within the program;
6) Additional authoritative and professional
evidence of the applicant's high educational qualifications are 3 or more
author's publications in IASHE editions (British ISBN).
7) To speed up the procedure of passing the
program, the applicant (who submitted at least 3 authors articles, but did not
receive the required the average point of expert assessment) has the right to
use a paid privilege. This privilege allows the applicant to successfully
complete the program and receive the necessary documents ahead of schedule
(preliminary). But it obliges such a person to publish the required number of
additional author's articles during the next calendar year. In the case that
the applicant does not fulfill the specified obligation, the qualification
obtained by him and the issued documents acquire the official status of
"conditional legitimacy".

- Participation in
the program and registration of the electronic "Certificate of the
International Education Quality Standard" is free.
- Registration of the
full package of electronic documents - 100.0 euros.
- Registration and
mailing of the full package of paper documents - 200.0 euros.
- The cost of the
privilege is 200.0 euros (this amount is not refundable to the applicant).
The cost of the
program does not include the cost of the applicant's participation in the
stages of the scientific analytics championships, the publication of his
author's articles and the mailing of collections scientific works of the IASHE.

2. Improvement - Scientific and analytical program of improvement of educational and professional qualification of researcher
Regulations Norm: clause 13. (subject to changes and additions that are set out in this section of the platform); 2) the "Prize regulations".
Algorithm:
1) The general algorithm of the program is setout in the corresponding section of the Academy website; 2) Registration of
diplomas and documents of the international system "Europass"; 3) In
terms of other rules, the program is similar to the program
"Attestation".

- Participation in
the program and registration of the electronic "Certificate of the
International Education Quality Standard" is free.
- Registration of the
full package of electronic documents - 150.0 euros.
- Registration and
mailing of the full package of paper documents - 200.0 euros.
- The granting of the
privilege - 300.0 + 150.0 euros for each next qualification (Master, Expert, Grand
Expert) of a higher level, which is awarded on preferential terms.
The cost of the
program does not include the cost of the applicant's participation in the
stages of the scientific analytics championships, the publication of his
author's articles and the mailing of collections scientific works of the IASHE.

3. Master - Scientific and analytical educational programs “Master of Business Administration in the Field of Scientific Analytics” (MBA-SA) (increase qualification in the exclusive “mini-MBA” format)
Algorithm:
1) The general algorithm of the program is setout in the corresponding section of the Academy website; 2) Registration of
diplomas and documents of the international system "Europass"; 3) In
terms of other rules, the program is similar to the program
"Attestation".

- Registration of the
full package of electronic documents - 200.0 euros.
- Registration and
mailing of the full package of paper documents - 300.0 euros.
- The granting of the
privilege - 400.0 (this amount is not refundable to the applicant).
The cost of the program does not include the cost of the applicant's participation in the stages of the scientific analytics championships, the publication of his author's articles and the mailing of collections scientific works of the IASHE.

4. Exam - International exam
Algorithm: The general algorithm of the programs set out in the corresponding section of the Academy website.

Certificate of Education Quality” - 50.0 euros.
- Registration of the diploma
"Analyst" and documents of the "Europass" system in
electronic form - 150.0 euros.
- Registration and mailing of the
"Attestation Certificate of Education Quality" in the form of a paper
document - 180.0 euros.
- Registration and mailing of a full package of paper documents: the Diploma "Analyst" and documents of the "Europass" system - 300.0 euros.
The cost of the program does not include the cost of the applicant's participation in the stages of the scientific analytics championships, the publication of his author's articles and the mailing of collections scientific works of the IASHE.

- Настоящий раздел платформы содержит специальные, действующие в
настоящий момент (актуальные) правила о содержании и стоимости научных и
образовательных программ IASHE на экспериментальный
период.* Эти правила могут отличаться от норм Регламентов Академии и имеют
перед ними приоритет на указанный период.

- Экспериментальный формат проекта PlatoNicK предполагает особые условия
его функционирования в период после переформатирования проекта GISAP и вплоть
до утверждения окончательной версии научно-аналитических программ Академии при
участии привлеченных стратегических партнеров (инвесторов).
- Менеджеры IASHE подробно разъяснят
заинтересованным лицам правила реализации образовательных и научных программ
Академии, составят индивидуальный пошаговый алгоритм действий соискателей и

1. Attestation – программа «Международная аттестационная легализация квалификаций»
Норма Регламента –
п. 14. (с учетом изменений и
дополнений, которые изложены в этом разделе платформы)
Алгоритм:
2) Соответствующий раздел сайта Академии;
3) При недостаточности баллов, соискатель вправе
представлять в рамках проекта такое количество авторских статей, которое в
итоге обеспечит ему необходимый уровень экспертного оценивания;
4) В случае прохождения аттестации на уровне среднего балла
экспертного оценивания от 6,0 до 7,5 баллов соискатель получает «Сертификат
международного стандарта качества образования»;
5) В случае прохождения аттестации на уровне
среднего балла экспертного оценивания свыше 7,5 баллов соискатель получает «Диплом
международного стандарта качества образования»;
6) Лицу, которое успешно прошло аттестацию, оформляется: a) Сертификат или Диплом; б) Europass Diploma Supplement на
базовый диплом об образовании и дополнительную образовательную квалификацию,
которая получена в рамках программы; в) Europass Mobility на
дополнительную образовательную квалификацию, полученную в рамках программы;
7) Дополнительным авторитетным и профессиональным
свидетельством высокой образовательной квалификации соискателя являются 3 или
более авторские публикации в изданиях IASHE (британский ISBN);
8) Для ускорения процедуры прохождения программы,
соискатель, который представил не менее 3 авторских статей, но не получил
необходимый средний балл экспертного оценивания, вправе использовать платную льготу.
Такая льгота позволяет соискателю успешно закончить программу и получить
необходимые документы досрочно (предварительно), но обязывает такое лицо
опубликовать необходимое количество дополнительных авторских статей в течение
следующего календарного года. В случае, если соискатель не выполнит указанное
обязательство, полученная им квалификация и оформленные документы, приобретают официальный
статус «условной легитимности».
Стоимость
Участие в
программе и оформление электронного Сертификата международного стандарта
качества образования – бесплатно.
Оформление полного
пакета электронных документов – 100,0 евро.
Оформление и почтовая
пересылка полного пакета бумажных документов – 200,0 евро.
Стоимость льготы – 200,0
евро (эта сумма не подлежит возврату соискателю, независимо от выполнения им
обязательств, связанных с льготой).
В стоимость программы не входит стоимость участия соискателя в этапах первенств по научной аналитике, публикации его авторских статей и почтовой пересылки сборников научных работ IASHE.

2. Improvement - Научно-аналитическая программа повышения
образовательной и профессиональной квалификации исследователя
Нормы Регламентов:
1) П. 13 (с учетом изменений и дополнений, которые изложены в этом разделе платформы); 2) Призовой регламент
Алгоритм:
1) Механизм реализации программы на русском языке; 2) соответствующийраздел сайта Академии; 3) Оформление диплома и документов международной системы
Europass; 4) В части
иных правил программа схожа на программу «Attestation».

Участие в
программе и оформление электронного Сертификата международного стандарта
качества образования – бесплатно.
Оформление полного
пакета электронных документов – 150,0 евро.
Оформление и почтовая

Предоставление льготы
– 300,0 евро + 150,0 евро за каждую очередную квалификацию (Master, Expert,
Grand Expert) более высокого уровня, которая присваивается на льготных
условиях.
В стоимость программы не входит стоимость участия соискателя в этапах первенств по научной аналитике, публикации его авторских статей и почтовой пересылки сборников научных работ IASHE.

3) Оформление диплома и документов международной системы Europass; 4) В части иных правил программа схожа на программу
«Attestation».
