- This section of the platform contains special, currently valid (relevant) rules on the content and cost of IASHE scientific and educational programs for the experimental period.* These rules may differ from the norms of the Regulations of the Academy and have priority over them for a specified period.
* - The experimental format of the PlatoNicK project assumes special conditions for its functioning in the period after the reformatting of the GISAP project and up to the approval of the final version of the scientific and analytical programs of the Academy with the participation of attracted strategic partners (investors).
- IASHE managers will explain in detail to interested persons the rules for the implementation of educational and scientific programs of the Academy, make up an individual step-by-step algorithm of applicants' actions and will advise and guide them in the process of participating in the programs.

The "Authoritative"
programs primarily relate to the specific procedure of acquiring the membership
in the Academy. But according to similar principles, they can be implemented as
a special, specific ("honorary") form of the doctoral and
professorial programs.
The so-called “Authority” programs of the
Academy are aimed at recognition of significant achievements of the
corresponding persons in the field of science and public work. This recognition
assumes that such persons are granted the academic status title of the second
title category.
Within the framework of an authoritative
academic program, the applicant may be awarded the honorary status title "Stratum-Academician
"/" authority."
Within the framework of an authoritative doctoral
program, the applicant may be awarded the honorary scientific and analytical
degree "International Doctor Habilitate of Science Аnalytics / "authority"".
Within the framework of an authoritative professorship program, the applicant may be awarded the honorary status title "Creative Professor / "authority"".
The honorary degrees and titles can be awarded:
1) outstanding or authoritative scientists who
meet the requirements specified on the Academy's website ("academic
authority");
2) outstanding or authoritative public or
political figures who meet the requirements specified on the Academy's website
("humanitarian authority").
Сost
Cost (including the cost of registration and
mailing of paper documents):
- The awarding of honorary degrees and titles
at the initiative of the Academy is free.
- The awarding of honorary degrees and titles
at the initiative of authoritative organizations and professional communities -
1000.0 euros.
- The awarding of honorary degrees and titles at the initiative of other persons - 2000.0 euros.

- Настоящий раздел платформы содержит специальные, действующие в настоящий момент (актуальные) правила о содержании и стоимости научных и образовательных программ IASHE на экспериментальный период.* Эти правила могут отличаться от норм Регламентов Академии и имеют перед ними приоритет на указанный период.
* - Экспериментальный формат проекта PlatoNicK предполагает особые условия его функционирования в период после переформатирования проекта GISAP и вплоть до утверждения окончательной версии научно-аналитических программ Академии при участии привлеченных стратегических партнеров (инвесторов).
- Менеджеры IASHE подробно разъяснят заинтересованным лицам правила реализации образовательных и научных программ Академии, составят индивидуальный пошаговый алгоритм действий соискателей и будут консультировать и направлять их в процессе участия в программах.

«Авторитетные»
программы прежде всего относятся к специфической процедуре приобретения
членства в Академии. Но по аналогичным принципам они могут реализовываться как
особая и специфическая ("почётная") форма докторских и профессорских
программ.
«Авторитетные»
программы МАНВО направлены на признание значительных достижений соответствующих
лиц в сфере науки и общественной деятельности, которое заключается в
присваивании таким лицам академического статус-звания 2 титульной
категории.
В рамках
авторитетной академической программы соискателю может быть присвоено почетное
статус-звание «Stratum-Академика»/
«authority».
В рамках
авторитетной докторской программы соискателю может быть присвоена почетная
научно-аналитическая степень «International Doctor Habilitate of Science
Аnalytics/ «authority».
В рамках авторитетной профессорской программы может быть присвоено почетное статус-звание «Creative Professor/ «authority»».
Почетные степени и звания могут присваиваться:
1) выдающимся или авторитетным деятелям науки, которые соответствуют требованиям, указанным на сайте Академии («академический авторитет»);
2) выдающимся или авторитетным общественным либо политическим деятелям, которые соответствуют требованиям, указанным на сайте Академии («гуманитарный авторитет»).
Стоимость
Стоимость (с учетом стоимости оформления и почтовой пересылки бумажных
документов):
- Присваивание почетных степеней и званий по инициативе Академии
осуществляется бесплатно.
- Присваивание почетных степеней и званий по инициативе авторитетных
организаций и профессиональных сообществ – 1000,0 евро.
- Присваивание почетных степеней и званий по инициативе иных лиц –
2000,0 евро.
